6 more months and I'll be home! - May 23, 2016

Hello family!

I don't even know where to start. I feel like my emails are basically the same every single week because I feel as if all I do is go to meetings and go on trade offs. This week we had zone conference. It was so good! I loved it! They talked a lot about repentance and the spirit and that was just what I needed to hear!

Life as a sister training leader is very different from regular missionary life. I guess I just never realized how many sisters struggle with the work, motivation, and getting along with companions.
Sadly I still don't know what to say to help them. But I'm getting there. I had 2 trade offs this week! My first one I went with sister  Nay and that was great! We were in Ocala together when I first got there! So it was fun to just work with her again! My second trade off was with Sister Bryans. She just came out on her mission 3 weeks ago!  She is awesome! You wouldn't even be able to tell she was a new missionary. It's been so good getting to know all the sisters in the Jax east zone. I've learned that I hate Jacksonville traffic. The other day I had to drive in downtown traffic and it is the worst!  Guess it will make me a pro driver when I get home!

So, I have some exciting news that I just found out from the zone leader who goes home the same time as me. So I was thinking that I would be coming home the last week of November or the first week of December. But guess what? I am suppose to be coming home November 22!!
Which means I'll be home for Thanksgiving!!!! Isn't that awesome!!!  So, if that is true we will be having a southern thanksgiving so y'all better get pumped!!

Now that I only have six months left I have decided that it is now time to get skinny and in shape again before I get home. I hopped on a scale the other day and I have gained 10 lbs.. So I have cut out almost all sweets. I am allowed to have 1 Tim Tam a day so I stay sane. But other then that I eat lots of veggies and fruits. This next thing will also probably shock you but I have started to go running in the mornings! Crazy right!? I no longer lay on the floor and sleep.
Hopefully it will pay off and I can loose some weight!

Exciting news about our investigators...John is getting baptized on Saturday! It's going to be great! We have finally finished up teaching him all the lessons and he is so excited!

Also, Nanny she is so great!  She calls us her little babies and just loves us to death. She is feeding us dinner on Thursday and I can't wait! She is making beans, onions and corn bread.. Haha she said that is her favorite thing to eat! We spent most of our week dropping our investigators who are not willing to keep our commitments. So this week we are going on a gator hunt! Our vision for our area is to get it to a point where we can have a baptism every week!

So today I may have done something not so smart.. I spent all of my money on my proselyting card to buy essential oils, coconut oil, and soap so I could make all natural face scrub and moisturizer. I'm hoping the work wonders because it was not cheap! But they smell good!

Basically I don't have much to say, I am just telling y'all the stupid things that I can think of. I don't have much more time for emails because I got a phone call last night from President Craig and I was told that I will be giving a training in our missionary leadership counsel meeting and it has to be an hour long!! Agh! I may die!  Basically I will be giving a training to all the zone leaders, sister training leaders and district leaders in the whole mission. So I got to get going because the meeting is next week!

I'm glad to hear all is going well at home! Sorry to hear the dog died. I hope dad isn't too sad... I'm excited to hear from y'all this week! Tell Lilly and Naomi that I loved the pictures! Love and miss y'all!

Love, Sister Webb
