I Got Crabs!....The Good Kind of Crabs! - August 24, 2015

Hello family!
This has been such an amazing week! Ok so let me just catch you up on everything that has happened this week. So on Tuesday night we had the wonderful opportunity to house the new Sisters coming in this transfer. They were so tired by the time we picked them up that we decided to be nice and let them sleep in our beds and we would sleep on the air mattresses... Worst idea ever! First off they decided that right when we got home at 10 o'clock they were going to go straight to bed.. So me and Sister Sorensen decide to make some muffins before bed for their breakfast so it would be less work for us in the morning. By the time we said our prayers and got to bed I go to get on my air mattress and it is already going flat... I didn't want to wake the sisters by turning it on and inflating it again so I just decided to deal with it. That was the worst idea ever. Basically all the air went straight to my feet and I was laying on my head all night.. It was probably the worst nights sleep I have had my entire mission.. About half way through the night I just decided to lay on the floor between the bed and my air mattress. Haha things you do to be kind.. Haha finally after one long night of not sleeping Sister Sorensen and I got up and made them some delicious green smoothies to go with the muffins. They were not too keen on our green smoothies. One of the sisters asked what was in it and took one small sip of it and the other sister did the same thing.. So that was quite the adventure of having them sleep over.

On Wednesday we had the departing sisters with us. It was such a good night. They were actually the sisters who were serving together in Mandarin right before us. So it was so fun to go out to see all the people they had taught and we were still teaching. We actually got to have an awesome lesson with Heidi and her husband Sokol! We talked about eternal families! The spirit was so strong. It brought Sokol to tears! We then invited both of them to baptism! Heidi was so excited and said yes right away! Yay!!! Sokol still has some concerns but he is so close!! It was such a great lesson!
Sister Sorensen and I have made a goal this transfer to have at least 3 baptisms!! We are so excited! This week we are planning to set dates with Heidi and Sokol. As well as with our investigator Paula. Also with Makayla and Tyler Mall. They are a part member family we have been working with as well. We also invited our neighbor to be baptized last night. She said if she read the Book of Mormon and knew it was true she would be baptized! The Lord is truly blessing us for all the hard work we have been doing here in Mandarin!

So on Thursday we decided that we had not seen good old sister Roberta in a very long time.. If y'all don't remember who she is, she is the old lady who believes in saving everything and she tries to teach us a new craft every time we visit her. She gave us scrunchies and every time we visit she questions why we are not wearing them. She loves to tell us all about her dead dog she had cremated. And she loves to show us all the things she recycles and reuses! Well this time we had a lovely visit. She showed us all of the Christmas tree ornaments she had been making. They were made out of light bulbs she had painted. They were all penguins. She even gave us one of these precious gems to take home with us! You never leave sister Roberta's house empty handed! Haha she totally reminds me of a more extreme version of Grandma Webb! Haha anyways after she shows us all of the ornaments she starts telling us how she is getting ready for the holidays. She tells us how every November she makes homemade pumpkin bread from real pumpkins. Well she tells us how amazing this bread is and how if you store it in the freezer it will last for an entire year.. She goes on to say how last year she made 200 loaves of pumpkin bread and she still has some and she wants to give us some! So, we go to her freezer out in her garage and we look in this freezer and it is packed full of fish and seafood because her son is a fisherman.. Let's just say we got 6 loaves of this pumpkin bread! When we got home we ended up leaving them in the car over night.. That was the worst idea ever. When we got in the car the next morning it smelt like fish so bad I was dry heaving... Haha sadly we threw all six loaves of bread away because if it smelt like fish that bad I'm sure it tasted like it as well.. And y'all know me and my problem with eating old food. If it is older then a week old I can't eat it. I'm pretty sure bread can't be stored for an entire year and still be good. Haha at least we always get a good laugh when we visit with Sister Roberta!

My next stories takes place on Saturday and this is one of the most exciting things that happened this week besides my awesome lessons! So every week since I have been here we have been visiting the Albert family. They are so sweet and so close to coming back to church! They could basically be my second family here. Well just recently we started eating dinner with them every week as well. This week was quite an adventure because I had made the mistake last week of mentioning the fact that I had never eaten crab before... So this week they told me would be crab night.. Brother Albert bought us 8 lbs of crab legs and then shrimp to go with it!! Y'all know me and my seafood.. I was dreading this all week and then to find out he bought 8 pounds of it! Haha well I hope y'all are seated before reading any more of this letter because this next part may shock almost all of you! Remember how I was the little girl who would cry every time we had crab or shrimp or any type of seafood and make mom make me a separate meal? Well, I tried crab legs and oh my, I loved them!!! It was seriously the best thing ever! and one of the most fun dinners I have had my whole mission! Don't worry though! I promised the Albert's when I get home I will have a giant crab leg feast and show y'all how to crack the crab legs properly and eat them! Haha learning to crack the legs and get the meat out was quite the adventure as well! Let's just say we may have had crab flying everywhere at first... But by the end I was a complete pro at it! I'm still trying to find a love for shrimp.. At least I can eat it now with out gagging and almost throwing up everywhere! Haha oh and to top off the dinner brother Albert knows how much I love my Oreos so he bought me a giant pack of Oreos to take home! Man, I love them! We had a wonderful lesson after dinner and we invited them to church! They didn't say no which was a good thing! Finally the exciting part, when Rose dropped us off at our apartment that night she said see you tomorrow! We were so excited she was planning to come to church! Well, unfortunately the Albert's were unable to make it to church Sunday but we are hoping for next week!

Yesterday we were able to have a wonderful day at church! The ward choir sang on church which means that I got to sing in church. Basically the ward has a special musical number every week.. Haha well this week we sang 2 songs it was really good! It amazes me how much singing can invite the spirit! We had half the ward in tears.. Haha and the funny thing is, the choir isn't that big and not that good.. Haha the spirit was doing all the work! Later that night we  had an awesome lesson with our neighbors Bill and Gene! I don't know if I have told you about them or not. So Bill is the sweetest old man, he is 88 and has dementia. He is always looking out for us though and worries because we are two young girls living by ourselves with all the creeps out in the world. So he always makes sure that the management keeps the hall lights working for us. Gene is 66 and she works full time and tries to take care of Bill the best she can. Anyway, we decided a few Sunday's ago to bring them some cookies and get to know them and try to teach them! Gene is very open to our messages and loves learning all the thing we have to teach her. She is so elect and I'm sure one day she will be baptized!
Last night we had some free time on our hands before bed and let me tell you, we had quite the night! We decided to dress up in some of Sister Johnson's old clothes and then we turned on Christmas music and danced to it while singing at the top of our lungs.. I'm sure our neighbors love us! Haha

My final stories happened this morning.. It basically traumatized me... I went to get one of my granola bars out of the box this morning when I saw something black in there. Before I could get a better look at it, the black thing started crawling across my hand!!! You may have guessed right, there was a giant cockroach in my granola box!! Ahhhh!!!! I may have screamed and cried a little about it! Haha a week never goes by with out a cockroach encounter. Haha

Well, I hope y'all have a fantastic week! I'm so glad to hear all is going well at home! I got Rachael's package this week! I loved it! It was so cute and all the letters were great! I feel so loved when I know that pretty much all the kids wrote me because grandma promised them ice cream as a reward.. Haha the candy was great! I basically already ate it! I miss getting letters from y'all so keep sending them!

Have a great week! I love and miss all of you!
Love,
Sister Webb

Pictures! - August 24, 2015

This is a lovely picture of my penguin ornament from sister Roberta! Haha seriously though I'm pretty sure if Grandma Webb was still alive they would be the best of friends! Haha
This is a picture of my green smoothie! It's basically all I eat now days. One because I am poor and have zero dollars to my name, and two, because they are just so good!

Ok here is the picture y'all have been waiting to see.. Well not really but this one is proof that I ate crab legs!

Dress Up/Fashion Show - August 24, 2015

Here are the pictures we took when we had our dress up/ fashion show in Sister Johnson's clothes! I hope you enjoy them :) So this first outfit I have on is quite a gem! Don't judge me but I am going to keep the skirt and figure out a way to make it fit! Haha which means I will find a safety pin and make it a little smaller..
But this sweater is the best part! There there are shoulder pads and some nice lace! Haha very classy i know!
The next outfit is just as much a gem as the first! The back Minnie skirt is actually a dress it just shrunk to a Minnie skirt after I stuffed it! Haha and the shirt I have over it has zebras on it as well as antelope and other strange safari animals! Haha I hope you get a good laugh out of these pictures!
Love you all!

3 Month's Down! - August 17, 2015

3 months down only 15 more to go!! Can you believe how fast time is flying? So let me start off by telling you all about transfers.. Yesterday was seriously the longest day ever! We were so worried that one of us would be transferred out. I am happy to say that Sister Sorensen and I will be here in Mandarin for another transfer! Yay!!!! :)

Ok now on to telling you all about my week! I had some crazy adventures this week so get ready for some exciting stories!! So on last Monday I told y'all how I was going to dinner with Sister Johnson at a place called Clark's fish camp. Well we went and we decided that we were all going to get something adventurous and share. I ordered gator toes.. Yes, you heard me right! GATOR TOES! Sister Johnson ordered snake and Sister Sorensen ordered kangaroo! What an adventure! The gator toes were like eating chicken wings.. Although there was not as much meat in them and they had a funny fishy flavor to them.. I didn't like them! I would not recommend ordering yourself a nice plate of gator toes any time soon! The snake was actually not too bad. We think it was rattle snake that we ate. It was extremely tough to cut and very hard to chew.. But the flavor was good! Finally the kangaroo, it was amazing! It was basically just like a steak but it was kangaroo! Haha don't worry, I included some pictures so you can see all of this strange food I ate! The restaurant was also really neat! It was right on the creek so you walk outside and there is just the prettiest view. Inside the restaurant was filled with a whole bunch of taxidermy animals and then they have a live gator in a tank! It was pretty cool! So that was my Monday night adventure last week! Haha y'all can be jealous! Haha

On Wednesday I seriously had the strangest day with so many awkward moments.. Haha ok so to start our day off we decide to go visit one of our investigators named Yinyin. We have not been able to get in contact with her really since we got here so we are getting ready to go drop her. Well we get to her house and there are a bunch of workers outside of her house and it looked like they were raking the driveway... Well me and Sister Sorensen thought nothing of it and began to walk up and talk to them. We had taken like 5 steps onto their driveway when this lady begins yelling at us and asks what we are doing. Well I look down and realize that they had just poured cement in the drive way.. Our bad! Haha we didn't know what to do so we just awkwardly stared at them for what seemed like 5 minutes and said nothing to them and then we just decided to run to the car and drive off... Haha

Next, we decide that we are going to go visit a less active named Sister Acosta. Well we get to her house and it basically looks super creepy and old. It was built in the 1930 and basically was falling apart. Well I'm already creeped out when we decide to walk across the messy porch and knock on the door. Well we get to the door and we can see that they don't use this door because things were blocking it from the inside. So we turn around and I am trying to walk so careful so I don't step on anything when all the sudden Sister Sorensen lets out this really loud scream and she just starts hopping and screaming and I was already thinking how creepy this house was so I panic and take off running towards the car and when she catches up to me she says that something bit her and she wasn't sure if it was a spider or if a yellow jacket stung her. Well we are sitting in the car when Brother Acosta comes out to see what all the noise was.. Haha I told Sister Sorensen that we had to act like we just got there and nothing had happened so I immediately jump out of the car and greet him and tell him we just got here for a visit.. Haha so we go inside his house through a random side door and instantly these two dogs (one of which is a pit bull) start barking and he can hardly hold them back. Well I'm like panicking not knowing what to do when one kinda bit my ankle and I thought that it was going to eat me alive... Luckily he managed to get them to the other room by then.. Well by this point I think we are in some scary haunted house because Sister Sorensen has now been stung by a yellow jacket and I had just basically been eaten by a dog. It was a scary visit.. Well we visited with the Acosta's and when we were leaving we are walking to our car when all of the sudden we hear this really loud piercing noise that seems to be coming from our keys.. We are really freaked out by this point. Sister Sorensen threw the keys and the beeping is still going so I run and I am fumbling with the keys trying to figure out what's making the noise because we only have a key and a flash light on the key ring... Well by this point I don't want Brother Acosta to come out again because of all of the noise so I throw the keys in the car with us and then all the sudden the noise just stops... I seriously have not been this freaked out about something in a long time. Well like 30 minutes later we figured out what the beeping noise was... Sister Johnson had given us this flashlight we put on our key ring but it also had this side thing you can pull if a predator is nearby and it will make a noise to draw attention.. Haha we basically have a rape whistle on our keys.. Haha but we didn't know this until we had accidentally pulled the thing to make it go off. Haha  Lets just say it was such a strange day...

On Thursday we went over to Sister Johnson's house to do some service for her. This time we worked in her closet and got rid of some of her clothes.. Everyone told me I always had too many clothes but oh boy, Sister Johnson had this huge walk in closet full of clothes.. We managed to get rid of 10 garbage bags full of clothes and we still had a hard time fitting all the clothes she had left into the closet! Haha I seriously love Sister Johnson to death! We have an adventure and a good laugh every time we visit with her. She is so great. She has now been to church for the past 3 weeks in a row! Woot woot! She even comes to choir practice with us and comes out to lessons with us as well! So great! I am so glad that we met her and built such a bond with her!

Ok my next exciting story happened on Sunday... I think I told you last week but I was asked to sing in a quartet for church... As all of you know quite well I don't sing. Like I not only don't sing but I can't sing.. I can't carry a tune to save my life! Haha well anyways, to top it all off I was asked to sing the alto part... I only know how to pretend to sing soprano.. I struggled all week to learn my part. I practiced about an hour every day. I spent all my free time singing "I Know My Redeemer Lives". Well I am happy to say that singing in church went great! I managed to get my part down and sing it so well that we had half the ward tearing up and pulling out their tissues! Success!!! I don't think I will ever do that again! Haha

Well that is basically all I have been up to this week. I do have one last story. So yesterday morning we wake up and Sister Sorensen comes out of the bathroom to tell me there is a bug in there.. So I go in and there is this huge cockroach. I go to find a shoe to kill it and when I come back it is gone.. Well after exercising I go back into the bathroom and I am getting out of the shower when it appears again.. It took all I could do to not rip the door open and run out screaming in just a towel.. I managed to kill it with a shampoo bottle. Haha later that day we are changing after doing some service and I am in the closet changing when Sister Sorensen starts screaming and yelling for me to come quick because there is a spider.. I half got dressed and come to the bathroom to see this spider when she tells me to open the door slowly.. I open it and she is sitting on the bathroom counter pointing to this little black thing on the floor.. I get down there to find out it was only a string.. Hahaha I laughed for like 20 minutes about this! Haha don't worry though, we have finally gotten our apartment sprayed for bugs!

Anyways, I'm glad to hear all is well at home! I love you all and hope you have a wonderful week! I can't wait to get that package from you Rachael! And y'all can send me some letters now because I still have the same address! It was one long week not getting any mail! Haha

I love y'all and miss you like crazy!
Love,
Sister Webb

Here are some pictures of my week!
Sister Sorensen and I looking extra cute!
We celebrated my training being over with some green smoothies for breakfast!
This is a lovely picture of my feet.. Earlier this week I got a bunch of bug bites that itched like crazy.. I thought I had bed bugs..
But I am happy to say after frantically searching my bed that I think they were just mosquito bites.. I had like 20 of them..
I don't know if words can even describe this... Only in Florida would you see this! Haha

These next few pictures are of Clarks fish camp and my gators toe, snake and kangaroo experience!

The pretty view from the dock of Clark's
All the taxidermy animals inside the restaurant!
Snake, gator toes and kangaroo! Mmm mm good!

Week full of miracles! - Aug. 10, 2015

Dearest family,
First off sorry this letter is so freakin long... I won't judge you if you get bored and skim through it but I am telling you you will miss out on lots of good stuff if you do!

I am so glad to hear that ya'll had a good week. My week was good as well. It was full of many miracles! This week one of my goals that I am working on is to focus less on the numbers and more on miracles. And so far it has been great!

I guess I will just give you the run down on my week. So on last Monday I told you I was able to go to the alligator farm! It was so much fun! The only disappointment was I wanted to hold a baby alligator and they didn't have any you could hold.. What kind of place is this? Haha but before I go home I will hold a baby alligator!! So after we finished up our p-day we went over to Sister Johnson's house and helped her with some service of cleaning her house. She has lived in her house for about six years now and never unpacked or set anything up.. We started in her bedroom with the closet.. It's amazing the treasures you will find in people's houses.. I basically played dress up all night long! Haha every crazy thing I found I would put on. Haha at one point I was wearing this green sweater and a cow boy hat and let me tell you, I looked like a rodeo royalty! Haha

On Tuesday I had the lovely experience of driving to Georgia for the day! We had zone conference but they combined us with a zone in Georgia. The conference started at 8 am so we had to leave super early. To top it all off they were doing car inspections as well at the conference so we woke up at 4:30 to vacuum our car out and finish cleaning it.. Then we left by 6:00 for Georgia! I have slowly realized on my mission that I am not a morning person. I use to think I was until I met Sister Sorensen. She gets up all cheery every morning and will hum or whistle or sing and always wants to talk first thing in the morning, Well, I am the exact opposite. You should never talk to me unless I've been awake for at least an hour or I might eat your face off.. Haha most mornings I just try to focus on keeping my eyes open while exercising because if I don't I end up just falling asleep while trying to do my crunches. Haha anyways, back to my Georgia story.. I hope I get to serve in Georgia it is so different then Florida and so so so pretty! We had such a wonderful zone conference. President and Sister  Craig talked to us as well as the AP's. Most of our conference came from the book "Power of Everyday Missionaries" I have almost finished the book and it seriously is so good! I am so excited to get home and to be the cutest little member missionary and share the gospel with everyone! If ya'll haven't read it I would challenge you to read it and to take the teachings and apply them to you lives. President Craig talked to us about how sharing the gospel can be so simple and easy. He used some of the chapters in the book to explain. One chapter is all about just using Mormon words in your everyday conversations giving non-members a reason to ask you about them! We had to do lots of role plays using all the things we learned and it was actually one of my favorite role plays. I usually hate them! Sister Craig talked to us about obedience. It was so great! I love learning about obedience and studying it! I strive each and every day to be exactly obedient and let me tell you.. It's easier said then done! Sister Craig related obedience to our agency and it is so true. She shared many scripture story's of people showing obedience to the Lord. She talked about blessings we are able to receive as we are obedient. As I strive to be obedient on my mission I truly do see so many blessings! I want to be able to say at the end of my mission I did what I was suppose to do. Elder Holland said, this was the ground rule that Christ was laying down to the Nephites, and said he is guessing that is what he will say at the second coming. Obedience is the key! As we strive to follow Christ's example he set for us and be obedient to the commandments repenting when we need to; I know when the second coming comes we will be able to say, "I did what I was suppose to do." The pathway to perfection starts with the simple phrase, "Come follow me".  President Craig gave another great training on recognizing and following the promptings of the spirit. This is exactly what I needed to hear! I have been studying this topic for the past few weeks and I just loved it! Ok, well, enough about my amazing zone conference.. I could go on for ever about it! Haha

On Wednesday we started our day out very excited and it turned into a very sad day. We were so excited that our investigator Heidi had finally made it back home and we were going to be able to meet with her. We,ll we text her to see when we could see her and she text us back and dropped us.. She said she is just too busy right now.. It was a sad day.. After that we decided to go on a dropping rampage with all of our other investigators. We dropped lots. We were left with only like 3 investigators... This is when all of our miracles started taking place! One of my favorite quotes from our zone conference was this "hard times are only an opportunity for miracles to take place."

On Wednesday night we were walking to our usual dinner appointment at the Matzke's home when we decided to knock some doors in their neighborhood. We met a lady named Nancy who is from South Africa! She was so sweet. We had a great conversation with her on our common beliefs in Jesus Christ and then started in on the restoration! She was so interested in what we had to say. She told us at the end of our lesson that Jesus people are always welcome in her home and invited us back next Wednesday! It was amazing! Then when we were walking home we met this lady named Amanda. We started talking to her and she explained how she was going through a divorce and had to have all of her belongings out of the house by Monday.. We asked if we could do anything to help and she said no. We thought nothing of it and began walking home. Well on Friday night we got a call at 9 from Amanda asking us if we could come help her in the morning at a garage sale she was having to get rid of all of her things. We were able to get members of the ward to come help her as well as the elders. It was so great! We stopped by yesterday to see how everything was going and we were able to teach her the restoration and all about the Book of Mormon. She was so excited to hear all about it and with out us asking her she asked if she could come to church!! Such a miracle!!!

So on Thursday we went over to sister Johnson's house and we did some more cleaning service for her. We were able to start cleaning her living room. We didn't get too far but we are slowly making progress. Later that night we decided that we would go try to visit this less active we had never met. Well we looked on the map of where she lived and began biking there. We biked and biked until we reached a dead end and realized that we had biked past her house quite some time ago..haha we are not the best at finding addresses with out out handy dandy gps. Haha well it started raining on our bike ride back so we decided it would be best just to bike home and tract some of our apartment complex. Man, no one was kidding when they said how miserable the weather can be in August.. It was so humid that night and so hot that I seriously could not stop sweating. Haha I thought something was wrong with me because I would wipe my face and within seconds have to wipe it again. I've never had that problem before. Haha it was gross!!

On Friday we just had a great day full of laughing. Friday's are when we have our weekly planning so we spend most of the day doing that. It never fails that when I pray after companionship inventory we can't make it through the prayer with out laughing... I don't know what we always find so funny but we always laugh. Haha later that night we decide to visit some less actives on our list of people to visit. We stopped by one house and the man's wife answered and she was not too happy to see us. She chewed us out for five minutes about waking a baby up and then she told us that she was going to call the cops on us.. We did everything we could not to bust out laughing. The best part about it is her husband who we came to visit is a cop. Haha On a side note, Sister Sorensen has also found out how Hairy I am.. Haha we were standing at their door step waiting for them to answer when she looks at me and I think there is some bug on my face when she points out that I have a few blond hairs between my eyes that i missed when plucking my eyebrows. Haha she then starts talking about arm hair and wants to compare arms.. That is when she finds out that I shave my arms.. Haha by this point she just thinks I'm crazy when to top it all off later that night we are talking as we are planning and she looks at her feet and then says something about having hair on her feet. She asks me if I do and I tell her how I shave them. Haha I had to explain to her that I am a true Webb and I am one hairy person so I just shave everything. Haha she gave me a few awkward looks and we just laughed. Sorry for the random tangent in my letter about my hair. Haha

Ok so Saturday was seriously like the best day of my week!! We both had this feeling that we needed to go visit our former investigator Paula because we were never able to talk with her after she dropped us and address her concerns. So we show up at her house and we are both so scared but she was so welcoming. She invited us right in and we had dessert with her husband and some friends. Her husband plays the bass guitar so he gave us a few lessons on the bass.. We all got a good laugh out of that one! Haha and then we were able to sit down and just talk with Paula. She told us how she is still reading the Book of Mormon and there is just one thing she can't accept about our religion. We were so scared to hear what this was.. She tell us how she can't grasp the fact about modern day prophets. She explained how it just exact opposite of what she grew up believing. She told us how she has been praying about it though. We were so excited to hear this. She told us how she wants to come back to church with us and to have us come by again!! Yay!!! I was seriously on cloud 9!!!! Best thing ever!!!!!

Yesterday we had quite the nightly adventure. Haha so we had decided to make some cookies at lunch time for some of the members in our ward. We decided to skip my training so we could go out and deliver them. We didn't have a dinner appointment so we just decided that we would skip dinner.. Well we get to the Shannon's house to deliver their cookies and it is about 7. They are a cute older couple in the ward and invite us in. So we go in and we start visiting and around 7:30 Brother Shannon asks if we had a dinner appointment or if we had eaten dinner.. Man, you just can't lie to people so we have to say no.. He was so sweet and instantly wanted to cook us dinner. So lesson learned, if you don't have dinner appointments just show up to members houses and they will feed you! Haha

That is basically all I have been up to. This week marks my 3 month mark!! Yay!! Time is flying by! I can't believe it's already August and it is almost half over.. Crazy! The weather here is still super crazy. It rains almost every day.. Which is good because it is still blistering hot!! Haha do ya'll remember how crazy I was at home thinking it was always cold. I was always wrapping up in some blanket or complaining to turn the heat on. Well I think I am just as crazy here.. It is August and I'm still wearing sweat pants and long sleeve shirts to bed every night. I wear long sleeve cardigans to church almost every week as well.. Haha I guess I'm just crazy.

Oh before I forget, this next week is transfers so my p-day will be on Tuesday next week. So don't get alarmed when ya'll don't hear from me on Monday. I am getting pretty worried about transfers. I don't want to be transferred yet! I've just become so attached to everyone here..

Oh and one last thing, I am still listening to the voice recordings ya'll sent me! I love them! Hearing everyone's voices has been great! I have not made it through all of them yet but my favorite one so far is dad telling my favorite campfire stories "the poor little tailor and the hook arm man!" Haha I am pretty sure they get worse and worse each year but I still laugh just as hard every time I hear them! My all time favorite part was the horn noises dad makes! Haha I'm glad ya did it again at the end! Haha that will never get old! It is seriously one of my favorite memories about camping!

Oh I forgot to mention one last thing I am dreading this week besides transfers.. So I am in the ward choir because Sister Sorensen loves to sing and sings amazing! Well I have lucked out every time they have wanted us to sing in church.. Usually it ends up that Sister Sorensen just sings a solo. Well this week we sang as a choir in church and that went well.  They try to have a musical number every week here.. After church the choir director starts talking to Sister Sorensen and says how he needs to get her the music for the quartet for next week. He then looks at me and says, oh and by the way Sister Webb, your part of that.. Yes, I will be singing in church with Sister Sorensen, the choir director and a member of the bishopric.. They all can sing really good so I may just make a fool of myself.. Especially because I have been assigned to sing the alto part.. I don't know how to sing alto.. Haha this is going to be quite the adventure so prepare yourselves to hear all about it!!

Well, that is about all I have been up to. We are going later tonight to dinner with Sister  Johnson at a place called Clark's fish camp! We are going to get gator tail and maybe some snake or kangaroo! I'm pretty excited for that! I will tell you all about it next week!

I hope ya'll have a wonderful week! I love you!
Love,
Sister Webb

Pictures - August 10, 2015

Sister Sorensen likes to hold all the cats and cuddle with them..
Sadly I get no cuddling so I had to take this sad picture of me in the rain while Sister Sorensen cuddled a cat..

This is me attempting to French braid Sister Sorensen's hair.. I am slowly mastering it! Someday I will be pro!

This last picture is just a typical Livi picture! I hope it brightens your day! If you look close you can see some of my freckles under my makeup.. Haha this is the type of pictures me and Sister Sorensen air drop to each other when we are bored at lunch.. Haha

Sorry I didn't get to take to many pictures this week. I will take some thought the week though so next week can have some better pictures!
